As long as I can remember I’ve been creating stories. In 7th grade my teacher, Ms. Marion, posted my poem Presidential Election in the hallway for everyone to see. That was my first sweet taste of the writing life. Currently, I’m working on a memoir, Falling Waters, about my reunion with my son after more than 30 years apart.
Reading an excerpt from my memoir in progress, Falling Waters, with The Writers Rock staff and students at Calle Ocho on the Upper West Side.
As a freelance writer and mother in the throes of parenting a teen, I wrote about these experiences for New York Family Magazine.
Already Gone, short story fiction. The story focuses on a young marriage unraveling at the seams while the husband faces his addiction with self loathing.
